Singapore-based digital customer experience solutions provider TDCX has expanded in the Philippines, with the opening of an office in Iloilo.
TDCX provides solutions through which brands can acquire new customers, build customer loyalty, and protect their online communities. The company has more than 17,000 employees across 26 campuses globally, and now has six bases in the Philippines, from where it serves English-speaking end-markets - including North America, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. TDCX launched its Manila office in 2014 and its Cebu office in 2019, and since opening the latter has almost doubled its headcount in the Philippines.
Eliza Acuña (pictured), VP for Business Strategy, TDCX Philippines, comments: 'As economies around the world recover from the effects of the pandemic and grapple with the current economic uncertainties, we are seeing increased demand for outsourced customer experience services. This is due, in part, to our ability to deliver superior customer experiences and to drive sales quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively for our clients. The Philippines is known for its outsourcing capabilities and is an important node in TDCX's network'.
