Havas Rolls Out CSA Consumer Analytics Brand Globally

Havas Media Network (HMN) has rolled out its CSA consumer behavior specialist business across its global network, promising clients improved understanding of customer data and higher ROI through analytics and machine learning solutions.

George PapandreopoulosIn 2015, Havas acquired research firm CSA (Consumer Science & Analytics), which now comprises CSA Consult - offering access to a global network of experts; CSA Tech - a suite of digital tools and services; and CSA Science - a suite of measurement capabilities and proprietary tools. The brand will now launch in France, Italy, Spain, the UK, the USA and LATAM, with expansion to other markets in the coming months.

The group says this global launch consolidates data and tech talent expertise within Havas Media Network - including DBI, Intellignos, Search Laboratory and Noise Digital - under the CSA brand. CSA will be overseen by a Global MD, George Papandreopoulos (pictured), who joined HMN in January as Global MD of Measurement. In his new position, Papandreopoulos will be supported by Daniel Hayes and Leo Frattesi, who will respectively lead the CSA Tech and CSA Science offerings.

Papandreopoulos comments: 'The depth of data and tech expertise within Havas is unparalleled, and I'm excited to drive unity across our network of specialists around the world.
