Havas Names MDs for Measurement and Media Experience

Havas Media Group (HMG) has appointed George Papandreopoulos as Global Managing Director of Measurement, based in Madrid; while promoting Jamie Seltzer to the role of Global Managing Director of the new Media Experience (Mx) Analytics practice, based in Boston.

George Papandreopoulos and Jamie SeltzerPapandreopoulos joins with nearly two decades of media and marketing analytics experience. Most recently he established and led Edelman's global Innovation and Acceleration hub, and before this he was CMO at start-up Value Driven Data; founded boutique analytics company Apothem; and Senior Analyst at IPG Mediabrands.

In his new role, Papandreopoulos will be supported by Daniel Hayes and Leo Frattesi, who take on new leadership responsibilities around technology and data science respectively. Hayes joined early last year as Global Data and Measurement Lead, and will now support Papandreopoulos by leading the development of HMG's cross-border delivery capabilities. Frattesi has been with the business for four years, and during the past fifteen months has helped establish HMG's data science delivery Center of Excellence in LATAM. He will now work with Papandreopoulos to bolster HMG's measurement suite.

Seltzer takes on the position of MD of the Mx Analytics practice, which connect clients with their target audience in the context of where they are, and through the content they pay attention to. She has been with the business for the last seven years, and most recently served as Head of Data Business Intelligence (DBi) US, having earlier worked for Red Fuse Communications as Director, Global Data Strategy; and the WPP Data Alliance, providing guidance to WPP clients and the WPP agencies.

Both Papandreopoulos and Selzer will report into Dan Hagen, EVP, Global Head of Mx, who comments: 'I'm hugely proud of the industry-leading talent we've welcomed and integrated into our Global Mx team, which has equipped our network with the expertise to guide clients amidst today's complex data and tech landscape.
