Kynetec Launches Ag Machinery Tracking Tool

Agricultural and animal health insights firm Kynetec has launched an interactive dashboard called MachineryTrak, providing a single source of insight into agricultural machinery registrations, dealer network coverage, and agronomic practices.

With a local presence across 30 countries and working regularly in more than 80, the firm's specialist areas include animal health and nutrition, crop protection, farm machinery and equipment, seed/biotech and fertilisers. Last month, the company acquired software development and analytics business Systematics International, which reports on machinery volume statistics for worldwide closed and open data exchanges.

Currently available in Italy, Poland, France and Turkey, the new MachineryTrak dashboard combines grower survey data on standardized machinery registrations, detailed dealer coverage analysis, and insight into changing agronomic practices - to support agricultural machinery manufacturers and dealers with their go-to-market planning and analysis.

Subscribers can access insights on total machinery registrations by horsepower, model and brand; new vehicle registrations by country; dealer coverage at regional level by brand and dealer; and dealer locations and ownership. Additionally, the solution offers tillage trends by farm size, crop and geography; crop protection usage and spend; and changes in agronomic practices and farm size impact on machinery selection.
