Specialist Sample Division for Ipsos Interactive

Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) has launched a global division that will focus on research using client supplied or specialist sample data.

AJ JohnsonThe new division will be led by AJ Johnson, Global Director and Head of Online Research in the UK, with support from a global production team. According to Brent White, Senior VP Client Service, the team will comprise skilled and knowledgeable experts who have extensive experience consulting with the business areas in designing and executing online studies beyond the scope of the Group's consumer access panels.

Working closely with the firm's Loyalty and other business areas, the intention is to deliver sensitive CRM, ERM, B2B and other forms of client supplied or specialist sample projects efficiently and effectively.

Johnson explained: 'Our aim is to work in partnership with Ipsos business areas to maximize the potential of this business, as this type of work continues to grow.'

The division will initially handle projects in North America and the UK, but will expand across Europe and beyond soon afterwards.

Founded in 1998, online research specialist IIS combines MR expertise, technical knowledge and data collection using its panels of more than 1.7 million panelists around the world.
