PR Leader Debuts Assessment Tool

Global PR firm Weber Shandwick has launched the CorpComm Optimizer™, a new, proprietary consultative service designed to help Chief Communications Officers (CCOs) make the best of their role driving business strategy and building corporate reputation.

The service uses a set of proprietary assessment tools to evaluate five 'essential' performance dimensions: alignment with overall business strategy; organizational value and expectations of corporate communications; corporate communications operating structure; corporate communications skill sets; and corporate communications resources. It then makes recommendations for maximizing the efficiency and impact of corporate communications.
