IT specialist Springboard Research has appointed Ms. Masami Kashiwagi as its Research Manager for Japan.

Kashiwagi will be in charge of overseeing all of Springboard’s research programs in the Japanese market and responsible for managing and growing its operations in Japan. Based in Tokyo, she will report to Dane Anderson, CEO and EVP of Research.

Kashiwagi has over 10 years’ experience in the IT research and consulting industry, including more than six years as a Senior Market Analyst for IT Services IDC Japan, and time as Market Intelligence Manager at American Power Conversion (APC). Earlier she worked as a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse Consultants, now IBM Business Consulting Services. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, USA and a Masters degree in International Economics from the University of Sussex, UK.
