In the US, data collection firm Universal Survey Center has appointed Brendan Sammon as Vice President of Client Services, responsible for business development and acting as a consultant with clients.
Sammon has more than 25 years’ experience in web and CATI survey data collection. Prior to joining, he was VP of Web/CATI Data Collection and Sales at Q Research Solutions for eight years. Before this, he spent eight years as EVP with Centrac. Sammon has a BS in Business Management Marketing, and last year, he served as President of the MRA Greater New York Chapter.
Founded in 1997, New York-based Universal offers telephone, web and multi-mode interviewing, programming, data tabulation, and sample procurement to the market research community.
