Peter DrinkwaterWPP’s brand insight specialist Added Value has transferred Peter Drinkwater to its Sydney office, as Director, Insight and Brand Development.

Drinkwater returns to Australia after two years spent working as Director of Added Value in London. Prior to this, he managed his own research and planning consultancy in Sydney, and was a Senior Researcher at Dangar Research Group. He is also a guest lecturer for the Masters of Marketing at UNSW and The University of Sydney.

Added Value Australia MD, Melissa Carey, comments: ‘Peter brings to the company a wealth of experience across brand development, qualitative insight and planning in Australia and the UK. His leadership and contribution to the team will be significant both internally and to current and future clients.’

As well as the office in Sydney, Added Value has operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Paris, London,
New York and Madrid.

Last week, the firm agreed to acquire a 51% stake in SE Asian full service agency Saffron Hill Research.
