Ellen KatzIn the US, healthcare data collection firm All Global has named Ellen Katz as Vice President, Global Healthcare Panels.

Prior to joining, Katz was VP of Operations at TNS Healthcare, now part of KantarHealth. While there, she was involved in building the JStreet Physician Internet Panel into a global managed research community. She also oversaw operations and sales for the company’s third-party business.

Katz began her panel management career in 2003, when she joined NFO (later acquired by TNS) as Director of Operations for NFO JStreet. She holds a double BA in Psychology and Health & Society from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.

In her new position, Katz will be responsible for the growth and development of the firm’s worldwide panels of healthcare professionals in the US, Europe and emerging markets. She will also oversee the ongoing integration of the JStreet and All Global physician panels, which will increase the number of active physician participants by 50% in several major physician specialties.

‘Ellen brings extensive experience building and managing global professional panels, as well as understanding and meeting the unique needs of healthcare-focused researchers,’ says CEO Tony Burke. ‘Having led healthcare research and operations teams herself, she has a firsthand knowledge of our clients’ requirements and challenges.’

All Global, which offers healthcare panel research, telephone recruiting and qual interviewing, is part of the WPP group. The firm recently added to its suite of healthcare research solutions with the introduction of AllBus, a physician omnibus, and AllCheck, afeasibility check offering.
