FDS International and 3000ft Strategic Insight

Amar Dhudwar and Lynne TinsleyUK-based research agency FDS International has appointed Amar Dhudwar as Research Manager in its Social and Consumer team, while sister firm 3000ft Strategic Insight has hired Lynne Tinsley as a Research Consultant.

Dhudwar previously worked for the National Institute of Economics & Social Research, prior to which she spent time at the Working Lives Research Institute (London Metropolitan University), Commission for Racial Equality and University College London.

Her previous roles have involved research into perceptions of labour market discrimination, refugee integration, the employment of migrants, and low-paid, vulnerable employment.

Prior to joining the 3000ft team, Tinsley worked as Research Projects Manager for Schoolzone, a specialist education research agency. In this role, she gained experience in NPD, branding and policy research, and research designs involving a range of qual and quant techniques.
