Harris Interactive has appointed Mike Friend as Director of Employee Research, heading up the specialism in the UK and driving best practice in employee and human resource research.
He joins from HR research consultancy M3C Consulting, and worked previously as a management consultant in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice on major public and private sector HR transformation programmes. He also spent six years as Research Manager at IDC, again leading HR research.

In May, Robert Salvoni joined the company as MD for Europe, to implement development strategies across the European businesses whilst managing day-to-day operations in the UK.
