Hettie HanKantarHealth continues to expand its leadership team in China, naming Hettie Han Director of Healthcare Research in its Beijing office. Ms. Han will be responsible for providing research programs and consulting guidance to help pharmaceutical and biotech clients optimize their business results in the Chinese market, anticipated to be the largest in the world by 2050.

Formed by uniting Consumer Health Sciences, MattsonJack, TNS Healthcare and Ziment, KantarHealth is the world’s leading healthcarefocused global consultancy, specializing in portfolio optimization, market access, safety and outcomes, and brand and customer insights.

“Hettie is a powerful addition to our senior team, with more than a decade of pharmaceutical research experience, including deep expertise in the critical oncology category,” says Scott Davies, General Manager of KantarHealth China. “Having spent her career working in pharmaceutical companies, she has firsthand insight into our customers’ needs and challenges so can truly partner with them to drive their growth in the Chinese market.”

Ms. Han comes to KantarHealth from Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she served as Global Oncology Marketing Research Manager, focused on emerging markets. With more than 10 years of healthcare research experience, she also has held analyst roles at several US and China-based pharmaceutical companies, including Penwest, Purdue, and Kunming Pharmaceuticals.

A Chinese national, Ms Han graduated from Yunnan University. She also earned her MBA at the University of Connecticut.
