Jeremy Hollow and Nina TrenyIn the UK, panel and online community specialist Verve has appointed former Freshminds researcher Jeremy Hollow and former Research Director Nina Treny as Client Service Directors.

Hollow was previously a management consultant at Tribal, and Head of Public Sector Research at Freshminds. He joins with more than 12 years’ client service experience across the private and public sectors, during which time he has advised clients on a wide range of strategy, customer/stakeholder relationships, market analysis and impact/effectiveness evaluation projects.

For the past seven and a half years, Treny has worked at online panel specialist Research Now; latterly as UK Sales Director.

UK MD Jeannie Arthur comments: ‘Jeremy and Nina bring valuable set of skills to Verve, which will enable us to provide clients with the full range of services required to successfully plan, build, manage and maintain their customer advisory panels and online brand communities.’

London-based Verve was launched last December by the founders of Research Now, Hall & Partners and the iD Factor – Andrew Cooper, Mike Hall and Jon Gumbrell.

Last month, the firm opened its first overseas offices, in Sydney, Australia with plans to launch customer advisory panels and online brand communities in Australia and New Zealand.
