Marie LaverIn the UK, Kadence International has appointed Marie Laver as Insight Director, responsible for delivering insight projects across its global client base.

Laver has worked in the market research field for more than 11 years during which time, she has gained both qual and quant experience. She joins from BBC Worldwide where she worked as Insight and Strategy Manager on projects including Top Gear, Lonely Planet and the commercial CBeebies programme portfolio. Prior to this, she was a Senior Strategist at Initiative Media, and Quantitative Research Partner at HPI Research Group.

In her new role, Laver will draw on her experience to enhance Kadence’s insight service offering and reach across the youth, media and FMCG sectors.

UK MD Kieron Mathews comments: ‘Marie’s skills, ambition and passion for research saw her win the Best Conference Newcomer Award at the 2006 MRS Conference. Her combination of experiences as both an in-house and agency practitioner will further strengthen our UK insight team and undoubtedly result in the delivery of some interesting and exciting projects.’
