American Express has appointed Ed Jay as Senior Vice President of its new Business Insights unit, part of its Global Merchant Services division. The new unit provides analytics and expertise to help companies make better business decisions.
Based in New York City, Jay will join the Senior Management Team of American Express Company and will report to Bill Glenn, President of Global Merchant Services.
Jay’s experience includes consulting, strategy and product development roles in b2b operations: most recently he was Global Head of Product Management and Development for the $2.4bn Investment and Advisory division at Thomson Reuters.
