In the US, The Daniel Group, which helps B2B companies measure, manage and improve customer satisfaction, has hired Jill Boyette as its Information Analyst.
Boyette joins with more than 12 years of business process improvement and IT project management experience. Previously, she was a Director in supply chain integration with Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated (CCBCC) and its consulting subsidiary Swift Water Logistics. Prior to that, she was a Manager and Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
In her new role, Boyette will manage and develop information tools to analyze clients’ customer satisfaction data. She will also provide research and recommendations to clients on how they can improve their B2B customer service.
