B2B specialist Kadence International has appointed Dawn Herdman as Qualitative Director in its Jakarta, Indonesia office. The office was opened in August 2007, as the firm’s Asia-Pacific regional ‘Centre of Excellence’ for product testing. Herdman joins with more than 12 years’ experience in delivering market research across Asian and European countries. Most recently, she was Head of Qualitative at Research International in Thailand, prior to which she was a Research Director at Synovate, an Associate Director at MORI Ireland, and an SRE at Millward Brown. She has experience across all main qual disciplines, with a particular interest in concept development and evaluation, insight and idea generation, ethnography, qual segmentation and multi-country research. In her new role, Herdman is charged with enhancing the company’s qual offering, with initial focus on the Indonesian market. She will lead a team of four qual researchers who are currently working with clients in the FMCG, banking and healthcare markets.
