Phil BoothInitiative Australia has appointed Dr. Phil Booth, formerly Head of the Qualitative Research team at Pollinate, as its Consumer Insights Director.

CEO Roger Camplisson says the appointment continues the firm’s strategy of differentiating itself from competitors through its dedication to and leveraging of tailored research. ‘Highly customized intelligence helps our clients better understand their customers and the data is integral to the recommendations and guidance we use in committing clients’ media dollars.’

Booth worked previously in strategic roles at major ad agencies such as DDB, Clemenger and Whybin Lawrence TBWA. He holds a doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford.
