In the US, Social media specialist Ripple6 has announced the appointment of Christopher Wilkes as Senior Director of Business Development - Social Insights.

Wilkes has over ten years’ experience in both consumer and b2b research, and covering product innovation and concept testing; web site optimization; communications, messaging and copy testing; customer satisfaction and understanding; and brand equity. Most recently, he worked as Senior Director of Account Management at marketing intelligence provider Collective Intellect. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

His new role includes responsibility for further developing Ripple6’s Social Insights products and solutions, which track how consumers interact with categories and brands, and how they share experiences within online communities.
