In the US, online sampling and data collection company e-Rewards has appointed Bryan Black as Senior Director, Human Resources, to support its recently enlarged employee base and its plans to recruit up to 100 new staff during 2010. In December, e-Rewards completed its £85.1m acquisition of UK-headquartered online panel specialist Research Now, which has 20 offices worldwide. Black joins with more than 16 years’ experience in all areas of HR including talent management, employee relations, organizational management, employee satisfaction and strategic planning. Most recently, he was VP, Human Resources at MATCH.COM, where he was responsible for building the firm’s global HR structure. Prior to this, he served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Hotels.com and at IT firm Stream International.
