Andy MooreUK-based consultancy Nunwood has appointed former Vodafone customer insight specialist Andy Moore as Strategy Director, to support its international growth strategy.

In November last year, Nunwood announced plans to expand in California, The Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia during 2010.

Moore joins with more than 20 years’ experience of leading and managing international insight functions and in generating customer insight across different industry sectors.

For the past eight years he ran the global insight function at Vodafone, working with Nunwood on the firm’s customer experience management programme. Prior to this, he held senior insight and marketing roles at Frito-Lay, Walkers Snackfoods, MARS Petcare Europe and Cussons. He began his career with BMRB.

As part of his new role, Moore will take overall ownership for the agency’s Brand and Communications offering. He will operate out of Nunwood’s London office, but will oversee key client relationships worldwide.

‘I got to know my current employer very well when client-side and I liked what I saw,’ said Moore. ‘I was ready for a new challenge and felt Nunwood was superbly placed to develop in-line with my vision of what a strategic insight consultancy should look like.’
