Nikki LavoieIn the US, behavioral insight market researcher Sentient Decision Science has appointed Nikki Lavoie as Research Project Manager.

The company combines behavioral science and market research to address clients’ key business objectives. The former includes quantifying consumer gut feelings by tapping into conscious and emotional associations with brands. In her new role, Lavoie will contribute to this by managing consumer research studies through fieldwork and analysis.

She joins with four years’ research experience gained while co-ordinating quant and qual research projects at Samsung, DIRECTV and Time Inc.

‘Nikki’s passion and skill for understanding the ‘why’ behind consumer behavior made her an excellent candidate for the job,’ states founder and Chief Behavioral Scientist Dr Aaron Reid.

Earlier this year, voice-of-the-customer expert Derby Swanson joined the company as Director of Market Research.
