Evelyn Joslin, Jerome Linder, Jeanette Kaye and Jeanette MacdonaldIn the UK, MMR Group has appointed Evelyn Joslin as Research Director and Jerome Linder as Head of Brandphonics, while promoting Jeanette Kaye and Jeanette Macdonald to senior roles at its healthcare and fieldwork firms.

Founded in 1989, Oxfordshire-based MMR Group comprises MMR Research Worldwide, specialising in the food, drink and personal care sectors; Qubiq, which provides interactive research in the FMCG and service sectors; HRW, specialising in healthcare market research; and quant and qual fieldwork firm UKFS.

Joslin joins MMR Research Worldwide from Procter & Gamble, where she spent 17 years in new product development for the beauty care division, primarily developing new initiatives and products for the Olay and Max Factor brands.

Linder was previously Global Marketing Manager heading up the creative marketing studio at Firmenich, a supplier of flavours and fragrances to food and beverage companies. In his new role, he will head up MMR’s proprietary emotion-based research approach, Brandphonics.

‘Both new starters will play a key role in our continued expansion, with their expertise further bolstering our ability to deliver research which combines sensory and emotional inputs,’ states MD Mat Lintern. ‘It is great testament to our reputation that we can attract such highly talented individuals from leading global consumer-focussed companies.’

Separately, Kaye is promoted to the newly created position of Deputy Managing Director at HRW, where she will lead recruitment, development, training and coaching, and is tasked with increasing efficiency within the management functions. The move will enable MD Caroline Jameson, to focus fully on client development and further grow the business.

Macdonald moves up to become Head of Leamington Spa-based UKFS, taking over from Michael Pollock who is leaving the firm. She was previously Operations Director, and has been a Board member for more than four years.
