In the UK, customer and employee research specialist Insitas has appointed former RS Consulting Board Director Linda Wells as its new Sales and Marketing Director. Insitas, which is part of the Acritas-Insitas Group, offers research services for both consumer and b2b clients from its headquarters in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and offices in London and New York. In addition to providing bespoke research services to clients in the professional and financial services sectors, the agency also offers a range of research products aimed at international law firms. Wells joins with nearly 30 years’ market research industry experience. For the past two years, she has managed her own market research consultancy. Prior to this, she was Group Business Development Director on the Board at RS Consulting, where she was responsible for business development and marketing across the group, which comprises RS Consulting, Consensus and Kudos. Before this, Wells held director-level positions at Market Probe, asa, and Romtec. ‘Linda has a brilliant track record in research insight and business development and brings a host of other strong skills and qualities to our business,’ MD Maggie Drye stated. ‘These include energy, commercial acumen, client focus and a fun outlook that makes it a pleasure to have her in the team’.
