Insight Marketing Systems has appointed Leslie Crist as Client Director, North America, responsible for US clients who are using its flagship web-based Research Reporter application. Insight Marketing Systems is based in Melbourne, Australia, with offices in the USA and UK. Research Reporter automates activities associated with initiating research projects, and managing and communicating progress and results. Crist joins the firm from Washington Mutual where she worked as VP of Communications Operations, prior to which she was Manager of Communications Planning and Analytics at the same business.
