Panels and research outsourcing firm Pulse Group has appointed Allan Meldgaard as Head of Online Communities, responsible for growing and managing the firm’s Planet Pulse community across Asia Pacific, India, Europe and North America. Meldgaard has more than ten years’ experience in areas including search engine marketing, social networks, payment solutions and online usability, and has work experience from Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. He worked most recently as Business Manager at London-based sales and consultancy business Web 3.0 Ltd, and previously as Director of Sales & Partnerships at Adphone ApS. Earlier, he founded, ran and sold two Scandinavian online firms, high-end SEM and SEO company Adnow and domain name and web hosting company Verinames A/S. Web site: www.pulse-group.com .
