In the US, OnePointSurveys has appointed former Harris Interactive executive Jim Schwab as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the USA and Canada.
OnePoint offers a mobile research solution enabling users to create mobile surveys which support multimedia content and location based services (LBS), as well as recruit and profile mobile communities and panels.
Schwab joins with more than 20 years’ sales and marketing experience spanning market research and social media.
Most recently, he worked as VP Business Development, Social Media Alterian, prior to which he spent eight years in sales and marketing roles at Harris Interactive, and five years as Director Business Development at Domino Printing Sciences.
In his new position, Schwab will be liaising with market research agencies as well as exploring new opportunities where OnePoint’s mobile research solution can be implemented.
‘Jim’s appointment signifies another milestone in our expansion and as we continue to grow,’ says CEO Neil Jessop. ‘He will head up the recruitment drive to further expand our team based in North America.’
