In Germany, YouGov Psychonomics-owned ServiceRating has appointed Thorsten Peter as a new member of its management team.
ServiceRating assesses the quality of service and advice provided by companies across the insurance, financial services and utilities sectors.
Before it was acquired by YouGov Psychonomics in March, the firm was 60% owned by Cologne-based Psychonomics and 40% by ratings agency Assekurata.
Peter joins from GfK where for the past ten years, he specialised in loyalty research programmes. He has particular expertise in the fields of service management research and customer loyalty management.
In his new role, Peter will oversee cross-sector and holistic company ratings, as well as service management consulting. He will also supervise the implementation of benchmarking studies.
