SGA - don't roll over... and just accept any job

Sundance London
September 6 2010

Michelle KellyGlobal brand researcher and builder Sundance has hired Michelle Kelly as a Research Manager in its London-based team. She joins from Cadbury, a long-term client of the agency.

Kelly, who at Sundance will report to Account Director Jessica Bower, worked for Unilever-BirdsEye before joining Cadbury, where she spent two years overseeing consumer insight for high-profile brands including Creme Egg, Mini-Eggs, Heroes and Milk Tray.

Formed in 2002, Sundance provides insight and strategic planning expertise with a strong multi-cultural aspect for client brands including Pepsico International, Kraft Foods International and Sony-Ericsson, in addition to Cadbury’s and Unilever.

Kelly says that in her time as a client Sundance’s team stood out for the combination of creativity and practicality in their ideas. Sundance Director Daniel Dumoulin in turn describes the new recruit as ‘a very talented research manager’ whose language skills, including Chinese, will be an asset to the company. He adds: ‘Her experience on the client side of the industry will be a great addition for us, not only in the context of our ongoing relationship with Cadbury.’
