Reputation analysis and communications specialist Echo Research has handed the management of its US teams to EVP Dan Soulas, already head of its Primary Research Unit. He replaces David Michaelson who has left to pursue other interests, including the promotion of his latest book.
Soulas was previously EVP at ICR/International Communications Research and has more than twenty years of experience in the market research industry. He has led large-scale US and international research programs on customer satisfaction, loyalty and segmentation research, message testing, strategic positioning, brand tracking and corporate image.
He joined the company in early 2008 when the new unit was launched to service corporate and PR agency clients.
