US healthcare survey research firm The Myers Group has appointed Janice Karkula as Director of Production Services, as the firm relocates its call center and office headquarters to a new facility near Atlanta, Georgia. The Myers Group offers a range of market research services for the healthcare industry. The company also provides outsource solutions to market research agencies; including CATI telephone interviewing, Internet survey capabilities, mail management, and scanning technologies. Karkula joins with more than 25 years’ experience in senior operations and business development roles in the healthcare industry, focusing on call center operations. Most recently, she was Director of Operations at Matria Healthcare, prior to which she served as Director, Disease Management at health benefits firm WellPoint, and as a Controller at Loyola University Medical Center. In her new role, Karkula will lead call center and survey administration operations.
