In the UK, Synovate has appointed Rosemary Bayman as Research Director in its Financial & Business Services research team.
Bayman joins with more than ten years industry experience. For the past two years, she served as Study Editor at financial services specialist eBenchmarkers, prior to which, she spent eight years at TNS; latterly as Head of Stakeholder Management.
In her new role, Bayman is responsible for developing key accounts, delivering insight and leading the firm’s Customer Experience specialism within the Financial & Business Services sector.
