November 15 2010

Search Engine Marketing firm IMPAQT has promoted Brian Conner from Manager to Director of Analysis and Decision Support, while Melanie Kinney moves from Director to Vice President of Client Services.

Conner now leads a team offering sophisticated statistical analysis, forecasting, and optimization to improve client campaigns. He brings in-depth experience in project management and predictive modeling using SAS and other analytics tools, plus an understanding of complex statistical techniques and data warehousing.

He holds a BS in Accounting/Management from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing Research from the University’s Katz Graduate School of Business.

Kinney will balance the needs of clients and company to define the tools, technology, and training needs for her team of more than 40 Search professionals. She has more than fifteen years of varied experience in top-tier management consulting and client services leadership roles at companies including Ariba and Accenture.

According to CEO Richard Hagerty, ‘IMPAQT’s ability to provide superior analytics and customer service has helped us to stand-out amongst our competitors’ and the two promotions are based on track records of ‘producing results and delivering top-notch service to clients and colleagues’.
