US-based qualitative recruitment specialist Focus Forward has appointed Michael McCleary as Field Director. The company was established in 2003, and employs 30 people full-time and more than 40 part-time, recruiting for consumer, b2b and healthcare studies including focus groups, online bulletin boards, TDIs, ethnography, product tests and mock juries. McCleary joins with six years qual experience including both the supplier and client side. Most recently, he worked at Perception Research Services, and before this he was a Project Manager at Schlesinger Associates in LA. In his new role McCleary will manage Project Directors, Project Managers and the telephone center.
