US full service marketing research firm CMI has appointed Laurie Gaby as Project Manager and Juan Hernandez as Network Administrator, while promoting Mike Mabey to Vice President of Client Solutions, Alisa Hamilton to Research Manager, and Angela Mattoon to Project Manager.

Founded in 1989, Atlanta, Georgia-based CMI offers a full range of research and analytical services including quant and qual research, web-based research and multivariate techniques.

For the seven years prior to joining, Gaby worked as Research Manager at The Marketing Workshop with a focus including customer and employee satisfaction, new product development, usage and attitudes studies, and ad tracking.

In her new role, she will focus on project management for quant research studies, including questionnaire design, field co-ordination, reporting and analysis.

‘Laurie is a seasoned professional with a broad range of experience in research,’ states Janet Ziffer, VP of Client Services.

Hernandez joins the CMI technology team with more than 23 years of experience, which includes LAN support, systems administration, hardware, software and operating systems.

Mabey, who specializes in leading advanced analytics projects for pharma and utilities clients, has been with CMI for seven years and previously worked as an Account Manager.

Hamilton joined CMI last year as Project Manager, and focuses primarily on pharma and utilities clients.

Mattoon previously worked as Associate Project Manager, having joined the firm in 2007. Her customer satisfaction experience extends across a wide range of industries.
