European-based software and IT services analyst Pierre Audoin Consultant (PAC) has added four industry specialists to its worldwide analyst base. Dr Katharina Grimme joins the German analyst team as Director Outsourcing & BPO Markets. She was previously Research Director at NelsonHall, responsible for analysis and strategic consulting on German and continental European BPO markets, before which she led the German operations of Ovum, advising vendors on business strategies, technology developments and market trends. In the UK, Philip Carnelley takes up the role of Research Director, Software and Application Services markets. Most recently he worked at TechMarketView, and before this he was an Industry Analyst at Gartner and Ovum, researching the software development, business applications, database and business intelligence markets. Scott Tiazkun joins the US team from Forrester Research and IDC. He has more than 15 years’ experience focusing on the enterprise application market and key vertical industries, such as financial services and healthcare. Franck Nassah joins from his previous role as Consulting Manager for IDC France. His background covers software and services, in particular IT outsourcing, engineering outsourcing, global sourcing, embedded systems and SI business models.
