Aarefa KukshiwalaIn Dubai, market research agency AMRB has appointed Aarefa Kukshiwala as a new member of its Stakeholder Loyalty Practice, which provides research-based consultancy to support customer and partner loyalty studies, employee engagement programmes and mystery audits.

Kantar-owned AMRB – which operates in the Middle East and Africa – is a member of US-based Walker Information Global Network (WIGN), a group of companies that specializes in measuring and managing stakeholder loyalty.

Most recently, Kukshiwala spent more than five years as Insights Director at AMRB sister firm IMRB in Mumbai. In this role, she was part of the specialist CSMM unit dedicated to Stakeholder Loyalty Research, working with clients across the telecoms, retail, banking, and advertising sectors.
