In the US, product innovation and development specialist InsightsNow has hired Deborah Potts to help expand its Consumer & Marketing Sciences Division.
Founded in 2003, InsightsNow focuses on the science of consumer behavior, innovative research approaches and technology. The company offers a portfolio of qual and quant hybrid techniques, advanced research analytics and reporting technologies.
Potts - who takes the lengthy title of Assistant Director Consumer & Marketing Sciences (CMS), Qualitative Insights & Innovation - worked most recently at customer insight and innovation agency To The Max. For the past 27 years, she has also run her own consultancy, Deborah Potts & Associates, specializing in qual research. She is also a Senior Trainer at RIVA.
Welcoming Potts’ ‘extensive knowledge and expertise’, CMS Director Jeff Kenney comments: ‘InsightsNow has been working to expand its Consumer & Marketing Sciences Division to more effectively support our clients’ qualitative research needs. Deborah will help us achieve this goal.’
