Synovate has appointed Shreya Baksi Sen to lead its Customer Experience practice in India.

The company says India is one of its ‘top focus markets’ and Shreya will be responsible for the introduction of its True Customer View methodology. The Indian office will concentrate on packaged goods, automotive, consumer durables and financial services.

Sen, who has close to 20 years’ experience, joins Synovate from Market Probe where, as Branch Director, her remit primarily involved bringing revenues and managing day-to-day operations in Delhi. Her other posts included key roles in strategic market research at IMRB International, Research International Jakarta, AC Nielsen ORG-MARG, Mudra Communications and IIM Ahmedabad.

John Carroll III, Synovate’s Global Head of Customer Experience, says the team is ‘overjoyed at having such a well-known expert as Shreya lead the Synovate Customer Experience team in India’, and cites her arrival as ‘strong evidence of our continued investment in and commitment to the Indian market.’
