Audience targeting exchange eXelate has appointed former [x+1] VP Kevin Lyons as Senior Vice President, Analytics, and former Kantar Media product specialist David Lundell as Vice President, Product Management.

The eXelate eXchange promises data buyers the ability to build an instant behavioral targeting function, while giving data vendors a new income stream.

Lyons joins from predictive marketing solutions firm [x+1] where he served as VP Analytics and Business Intelligence. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade as a VP responsible for web and marketing analytics at consumer health news site QualityHealth.com and at direct marketing agency Harte-Hanks.

In his new role, Lyons will head the execution of the firm’s data mining, analytics and data optimization activities.

Lundell served most recently as VP, Product Management at Kantar Media, where he provided planning, analytics and reporting solutions to media owners and agencies. Before this, he was a producer for Yahoo! and CMP Media. In his new role he will be responsible for driving the product portfolio, roadmap and innovation strategy for eXelate’s DataLinX platform.
