In the UK, full service consultancy Opinium Research has hired Kate Norfolk as Client Relations Manager. She worked previously at Opinion Matters.
Founded in 2007, the firm offers services including daily online omnibus surveys, specialist panels and consumer sub-groups, B2B surveys and a range of custom research.
Managing Director James Endersby says Norfolk has ‘a solid background in research with a very strong network and excellent client facing skills’ and adds that her arrival is ‘an exciting development’ for the company, which has grown significantly in the last two years.
