Customer Experience Professionals Association

Chris DaveyIn the US, the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) has elected SapientNitro exec to its 15-member Board of Directors for a one-year term.

CXPA was set up earlier this year by former Forrester Research exec Bruce Temkin and loyalty specialist Jeanne Bliss. The non-profit association is dedicated to the advancement of customer experience management best practices, along with the provision of networking opportunities for professionals working in the field.

Davey is the Global Head of Commerce at marketing and technology services firm SapientNitro, where he drives overall strategy and service offerings and serves as MD of the firm’s Boston headquarters.

Temkin comments: ‘We are very fortunate to have such a diverse and distinguished group of customer experience practitioners as part of our initial Board that will help guide the development of the CXPA over the next twelve months. I look forward to collaborating with Chris and the rest of the Board to create a vibrant future for customer experience management and a dynamic community for all our members.’
