Jonathan AsherUS-based packaging and shopper research specialist Perception Research Services (PRS) has promoted Jonathan Asher to the post of EVP, Director of Account Management, responsible for leading client services.

Founded in 1972, PRS also has offices in London, Rome, Geneva and Singapore.

Prior to joining in 2008, Asher established the New York office of European design firm Dragon Rouge. Before this, he was Executive Director, Consumer Branding at FutureBrand; President of The Coleman Group; VP, Marketing Services at GHerstman+Meyers; and Research Manager at Lorillard. Earlier in his career, he was a Research Analyst at T.J. Lipton and a Project Director at Newman Stein.

In his new role, Asher’s main focus is on helping the firm’s account managers serve their clients’ needs through specialized shopper and packaging research. This includes promoting the use of new services such as PRS Mobile Eye-Tracking, PRS Virtual Aisles and emotional measurement via facial coding.
