Neal GameLondon-based consumer insights specialist Incite has appointed Neal Game as a Principal, Lucy Paxman as an Associate and Stephen Ferguson as an Analyst.

The firm, which was founded in 2000 by current Directors Sid Simmons and Elaine Kent-Smith, now employs more than 40 people.

Game (pictured) joins after a nine year career with TNS. Most recently, he served as Director and Head of Retail, working with a variety of clients on a range of retail and shopper research programmes including brand tracking, customer satisfaction, brand positioning and in-store research. Prior to this, he was an Account Director in TNS Consumer.

Paxman has worked in qual and quant research for six years, both in the UK and in her native Australia. She joins from Ledbury Research, and previously worked at Synovate in Perth as an Account Executive. She began her career as a Research Analyst at Intrepid Research.

Ferguson has four years of technical and managerial experience in designing and developing programming solutions for large research projects. For the last five years, he has worked at Research Now; starting out as a Survey Programmer before being promoted to Survey Programming Team Leader in charge of 12 people and running large tracker programmes.

Commenting on the appointments, MD Roger Banks says: ‘Neal’s multi-national, multi-category experience, together with his deep understanding of consumers and brands and strong analytical skills, will be invaluable; Lucinda brings a real passion for consumers and brands and experience across qual and quant; and Stephen’s programming ability, managerial skills and experience in supporting clients on large, complicated projects will also be a major asset.’
