In the US, ABI Research has hired three new wireless industry analysts with expertise in emerging technologies, combined with an understanding of global wireless markets. Aditya Kaul joins as Senior Analyst, Mobile Networks and will concentrate on mobile network infrastructure. Kaul previously served as Senior Analyst, Emerging Wireless Technologies at Pioneer Consulting in the UK. Mark Beccue has taken up the post of Senior Analyst, Consumer Mobility to lead research efforts for the firm’s Consumer Mobility Service. Prior to this, Beccue was Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategy at Syniverse Technologies, and also ran his own consultancy. Michael Morgan becomes Industry Analyst, Mobile Devices to contribute to forecasts for wireless handset operating systems and middleware. Morgan was previously an IT Analyst and Business Consultant at Fletcher/CSI, where he managed and executed multiple research and consulting projects. ‘The addition of these three skilled researchers to our Mobile Wireless practice will significantly enhance the value of the research we provide to our clients,’ says VP and Research Director Stuart Carlaw.
