TNS Media has appointed Natasha Stevens as Business Solutions Architect for TNS Cymfony, responsible for helping clients analyze the influence of traditional media coverage and social media discussion.
Previously, Stevens was the MD of Research at RFBinder Partners, developing customized research and campaign measurement, and managing a team of researchers providing clients with competitive intelligence, media analysis, trend forecasting, and primary research services. Prior to this, she was a Consultant at an HR/Communications firm where she developed client training and recruitment materials. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia.
TNS Cymfony CEO Andrew Bernstein says Stevens’ expertise will ‘further differentiate Cymfony from other cookie cutter tools in the market.’ He adds: ‘Traditional and social media content has little value to clients until it is organized to address their goals’.
