The Oxford Research Agency (TORA) has appointed eight employees in a broad range of positions across the company, and promoted two existing members of staff.
Noreen Kinsey rejoins the agency as Associate Director after two years with Fifth Dimension and The Marketing Works
Rachel Hope becomes Senior Research Executive after five years working in product development at M&S
Stephanie Murton takes up the post of Research Executive after 18 months spent at Apex Healthcare Consulting
Juliet Gilbert, Dane Krambergar and Paul Heys all join as Charting Executives while Andrew Smith joins as Trainee DP Executive
Michelle Young joins as Finance Director having previously been employed by Celoxica Holdings, Morland Brewery and Grant Thornton.
In addition, David Bibby is promoted to DP Manager with Justine Farmer moving up to Senior DP Executive.

Earlier in the year, Tharme and co-director Chris Sinclair bought out TORA’s former owners, with the aid of venture capital.
