In Boston, US, B2B research agency Kadence has promoted Roberto Ballestas to Call Center Manager, and appointed Tim Kozlowski as Call Center Supervisor and Angela Holloway as Research Associate. Ballestas joined Kadence in 2004 as a Survey Programmer, and later became IT Manager. In his new role, he is charged with creating central telephone research systems. Kozlowski has a background in inbound call center supervision and quality assurance and, working with Ballestas, he will be responsible for supervising and training other members of the call center team. Most recently, he served as Quality Assurance Representative for First Marblehead Education Resources. In her new position, Holloway, a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts, will handle project management, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and the preparation of client deliverables. MD Owen Jenkins comments: ‘Strengthening our team internally and bringing new talent on board puts us in an excellent position to capitalize on the opportunities we are actively pursuing.
