Tim MarkleinIn the US, global PR agency Weber Shandwick has promoted Tim Marklein to the position of Executive Vice President of its Measurement & Strategy practice.

Marklein has more than 18 years’ research and measurement experience. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Hewlett-Packard where he led global analysis and PR. Previously he was Senior VP and Partner at Applied Communications Group, and was the Founding Editor and Publisher of Envision Magazine. He holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.

During his time at Weber Shandwick, Marklein and his team have built an integrated measurement model – ARROW – which helps clients measure their communications using a variety of research methods including surveys, focus groups, media content analysis, social media analysis, competitive intelligence and marketing mix analysis.
